Belarus
The Republic of Belarus is a landlocked country in Europe. Belarus became an independent nation in 1991, during the dissolution of the Soviet Union.
According to yesbelarus, Belarus is known as the “lungs of Europe.” I don’t think I believe this fun fact at all.
